Micromax Mobile Phone Not Replaced by Customer Care

Dear Sir/Madam, Good day to you My name is Jaihar Premkumar J. I am regular customer to MICROMAX. I have been making purchase of Micromax Canvas 4 A210 on 11-08-2013. On 13-08-2013 I found the Display problem and I went to Poorvika mobile shop where I purchased. I asked them to replace the phone, but they told me, we can’t able to replace, go to service center. After that I am searching for Micromax check point and I found Micromax check point near Kodambakam T.nagar Chennai 600017. I went there for service they told me, hardly it will take 3 to 4 weeks to open the service center. Then I went on 10-09-2013 to Micromax check point and gave my Micromax Canvas 4 A210 for service, they told me it will take 15 days for service and they delivered on 23-09-2013. After delivered within 3 days front camera is not working, I called to service center they told me to reset the phone. 3 times I reset to factory settings but still it’s not working. Again I went to Micromax check point, again they are telling it will take 10 days for service. Every time I want to go for service center, service center, service center ha. Then, what is the use of purchasing MICROMAX high end smartphone? I am also using Micromax Canvas 2 still its working fine. I would leave the Micromax Canvas 4 A210 for service on 21-09-2013. I request you take necessary steps to resolve the issue. If the problem persists I would definitely want the Micromax Canvas 4 A210 to be replaced.
