MICROMAX MOBILE POOR SERVICE

Dear Sir, I bought Micromax Canvas A116, in May 2013 and was very happy with the product. I even recommended the product to my friends.

But few months later in Dec 13, the touch screen stopped functioning. I took it to Micromax service center, Sai Telecom in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The accepted the mobile and told me that they will return the mobile in a week. They provided me with the attached receipt. They did not provide me the online Job Sheet saying that their internet connection is not working.

After that I contacted them to check the status of the Mobile, Each time they told me it is not done and you will get it next week. One day they told me that they have closed down the service centre and they have sent the Mobile to their Delhi office.

I even communicated the issue to their customer care and provide them the necessary information. Every time I receive the standard reply saying that the complaint has been forwarded.

Now it is more than 3 months and still I have not received my mobile phone. They dont even pick up calls and when asked about it give senseless reasons. Every time they say that you will receive it next week. I am very upset with Micromax Service.
