Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased a new micro max mobile (model No-A114, IMEI NO-911343502287826) in Jan2014 and after some time my mobile having some problems like (flickering, power switch on/off) So I had given my mobile in micro max care at Surat adajan branch first time as on 2nd July and I have receive the same as on 11th July but problem was not solved then I have given again on same date. Now still I am not getting proper response from micro max care center and I have visited 3 to 4 times at care center and also fIVE times I have talked with customer care executives on toll free no (18605008286) but I am not Getting proper response from micro max care center So please request to you please log my compliant and take necessary action ASAP against micro max I want to my mobile with proper service either give me new handset within 2-3 days Also I have attached the job sheet copy for your reference Kindly do needful on topmost priority Thanks & Regards Manoj Kumar
