Replaced the handset again same problem. I already given complaint regarding handset severial times. The below issue are facing with handset from very first day. 1.Heating the mobile very 1st day onward while charging. 2. While specking to heating the handset 3.Charging is discharging very fast. 4.Touch is not working properly. Avoid litigation Consumer law: A consumer having possession of a product which is defectivecan seek recompense from a jurisdictional Consumer Forum. This forum would need the manufacturer to come over the defect, give a replacement product, and refund the consumer’s money or should pay compensation for the defect cause loss or any injury to the consumer.
