I purchased Micromax A100 (Canvas 1) Mobile. Its been less than six months & it is facing various kinds of problems. I submitted mobile in Micromax gallery located at Bhandup (W), Dreamz Mall. Initially they updated the software. Again when it faced the problem, they told me that there has been problem in the board. So they changed the board but problem was still persistent. They again changed the board. But they were not able to resolve the issue. Again they have sent the mobile for board change. I am really very frustrated as its been two months & they are not even able to identify the issue. What they do only is update the software, change the board. Please have some guys who can identify the problems & resolve the issue. Also I have seen them behave very poorly with customers as if customers are responsible for mobile defect. When I asked them to replace the mobile as it seems to be defective piece they said it would be charged. Please tell me when mobile is in warranty period and you can not resolve the issue after repeated complaints then its company’s responsibility to take care of customer. Please look into the matter as I took the mobile for use and not for keeping in the service centres. Hope to get quick and positive response from your side. Thanks
