I have Reliance GSM connection.On friday, 19th April 2013 evening around 7:30pm – I got recharge of 50 rupee and tarrif of 23rs.which makes my call rate 1rs for every 3min i talk!! but wen i made a long call of 50 min in duration my tariff didn’t worked atall..& emptied all my balance! Very next Day I recharged wid 50 rs again & its was limit this time ..i made a call of 1 min duration and they emptied my complete balance!!. I have called there customer service many a times since Friday Night but every time they are giving an excuse of some technical issue.Moreover those customer service people even blocked my number…i had to borrow my frnd relaince no. to make calls to customer services which ultimately was also blocked by them!They are not upto the mark and they are actually troubling me alot by deducting my balance like this!
