Hello Team, My self gaurav sharma, I have purchased a micromax android phone on the date of 13-11-2014. and after only 8 days it had some issue. so i took it to the service center of micromax. they told me that drop your phone here, we will update you and they also said that is problem is not resolved from their hand. They send it to main office and then it will take 21 days to be repaired or replaced. But till now i am not getting my mobile back, they always told me new reason for the delay. which were no satisfactory at all. so i am very upset with micromax services. Please take some appropriate action.

Sir, I had visited so many times in their office. but they always give new reason. i have also tried so many calls but only 1 % was received no one is answering call. i am a working man sir so as i have to take leave from my office as they people are not answering the call. i am very disturbed with them

Sir, I want my compensation from them as my petrol allowance my leave allowance and the problem i faced. and this complaint is not for me their are so many customers of micromax they are truly suffered from their services.
