Datawind Ubislate 7cz Faulty Device

I was promised for the supply of datawind ubislate 7cz for the exchange of my earlier version 7ci for Rs. 3800 and the booking id was CCG5DQH2. I received the tablet on 17th October through courier and paid Rs. 3800 in full, but later to found that the tablet sent to me was a faulty one. I immediately wrote to datawind with all details on the same day itself. I received mails and calls subsequent to this asking me to go to nearest service centre to get the issue sorted out (complaint no 1025TN6942). As per their suggestion, I went to the nearest centre (Madurai) but was told by them that the display of the tablet was broken and they couldn’t do anything. I written back to datawind explaining all this and have been asked to wait for some time. After long time they asked us send back the device assuring replacement or repayment. I sent back the device which was delivered at their company on 22 Dec 14. After this, there is no response from them so far and I feel that they have cheated me. Request to take appropriate actions.

I would like to get a new device or the amount Rs. 3800 refund.
