I have given a T-shirt in the ITC’s Wills lifestyle showroom because of several patches in T/shirt. Their quality control team has rejected the complaint saying that some chemical has been used while washing clothes. I asked them to suggest some chemical name but they denied.

It is a wastage of a T-shirt costing around Rs. 1500 or more and also wasted petrol for complaint as well. I want them to acknowledge the complaint first and then either to remove those stains from the T-shirt or provide me a credit note for the same.
