Micromax Mobile Repair Service Not Done

Dear sir, This is to inform you that I have submitted my Micromax phone Model – A350, Canvas Knight at their service centre on 18th March, as I was facing issue of phone Over Heating and Hanging while using it. After a few days I was given my phone but to my surprise the phone was not repaired and the touch screen was not working. I checked it at the service centre and showed the executive Ms. Swati, she again took the phone for repair and sent me message of Job Card (attached herewith “Job Card 2”). Later, around 18th I went to the service centre to collect my phone. When I brought the phone, I noticed that there were few pictures clicked from my phone of some marriage. Am I to understand that they people give the serviceable phones for rent?? This is utterly not acceptable moreover; the phone was not working properly.

This time it had a new issue, the screen used to go blank. On 21st April, I visited the service centre and deposited my phone to get the issues resolved. I was given a Job Card on Visiting Card which is attached herewith for your reference (Job Card 3 21-04-15). After several visits for my phone, finally on around 8th May I was given my phone. After 3 days the same problem started. The phone was not working again. On 12th May I resubmitted my phone for the none done repairs. The job card of this submission is as attached (Job Card 4 12-05-15). On 16th May I got my phone back with no repairs done. I had to resubmit my phone on 19th May as per the attached job card (Job Card 5 19-05-15). This time at least I was given a proper job card.and i also file a complain in Micromax customer care (comp. No.MMX290515346399),that they told me that will solve the problem in within 15 -20 days, but still no solution, whenever i called customer care they simly told that it will take again 15 days.

I have visited their service centre so many times to get my phone repaired but nobody at their end give proper response and they have been just passing the time. and I had to invest for another phone for no fault of mine. I used always used to take half day leaves from my office just to visit your service centre.
