Micromax has sold me duplicate product. It didn’t service even for 4 days. Now they are neither ready to return my money back nor giving me replacement for it. Mobile IMEI nos. (911363951318831,911363951445089) and model no is SERMOB0427. Micromax customer care, told lies to me. They said we will talk to service centre and then they refused discuss. Micromax customer care is said we will return it after 20 days. It already had been 40 days I have submitted it to service centre. It means 40 days for newly purchased hand set.Still there is no information about my mobile. I have purchased mobile to do my office work effectively but micromax is not ready to here.Now my office work is get affected due to micromax negliance. I have already written somany mails since last two month but didn’t get any response fruitful response from them.
