As i have purchased micromax mobile on 11-8-2013 and i got problem of sound in speaker and i sent it to be repaired at AARUSH WORLD LINK in chadha complex (Moradabad).

In spite of having a warranty of this i did not get any response from them they just pick up the call and say it will be take time for 15-20 days.

They also misbehaved with me on phone .Did you give them special training to talk rudely with their customer?
Kindly take a favorable action against them.
