Micromax – Not returning back the product

The day(18th September,2013) i bought the device it was not working properly.. No proper functioning.. in the next week i submitted the device to the service centre (JOB SHEET NO:-R1310FWB6039522,REQUEST NO:- E030435-1013-6106546).. From that day till today i am continuously mailing them to know the status of my device but they are replying like i need to keep patience.. Its already more than 3 months.. Please help me to resolve the issue.. I have attached the full mail conversation in a word document

1.) I want the device back in proper working condition OR 2.) A new proper working device OR 3.) Refund of the S.P of the device
