Sir, actually there was a problem of over heating on my device so i submitted my mobile at local service centre of Micromax on 30/11/2013 then after 1 month they returned me the set on 2/1/2014 but the issue was not resolved, this time also another problem of audio video arises so i again submitted my handset on 4/1/2014 but still i have’nt get my mobile back even after 2 months. i hv regularly following up the progress also lodged complaint to customer care but no satisfactory reply i hv received.At kota service centre they were saying that your mobile has gone to level 3 checking at jaipur.But sir my concern is that i purchased my mobile 6 months ago out of which for 2 months my mobile is with them. So i demand as if my handset is not able to repair then replace my handset but they r saying its not company policy to replace handset after 7 days of sales.And also sir i hv also mailed my complaint to them but no satisfactorily reply i received.So plz help me in this regard.My job sheet no. 1)job sheet W02032212136758042 Date 30/11/2013 2)job sheet W02032201147358915 Date 04/01/2014 and complaint no. is MMX1601147064.

Replace my handset or if they are not able then give me my handset as soon as possible and for time being as i did’nt hv an extra mobile so for time being give me another handset.
