Sir, I have owned a micromax funbook tablet having serial no. V02930134130018798 and model no. P362 on 30/04/2013 and then after four months it gets a defect of call drop(technically said). Product was under warranty; hence i submitted it to micromax service centre having registered name “M/s THE DELIGHT SERVICES” and having address “Plot no. 34, Near Shadipur Metro station, New Delhi- 110008” by Job Sheet no. “R1310FDLI6143676” on 26/10/2013. They grant me 7 days waiting time and ensure me to call me back about the status of servicing of product but no reply from their side. After 10 days i visited the service centre they told me that product has been sanded to their company having for further servicing and again ensure me that they will contact me when product will be ready. but again no reply from their side and in between i have visited 4-5 time and call them 15-20 times on every call reply was same “Your product will be ready after 2-3 days” on calling me on 27/11/2013 they said me to collect product but on reaching me they told that now your product forwarded to Head office from company”. They are again misguiding me because head office is not service place. Now I have received an back-to-back 3 massages on my mobile no. 9650244318 that your job sheet no. N030760-1013-6097051 (Which was different) has been processed kindly collect the same. So for further confirmation I have call them 06-01-2014 they told me to come and collect. After reaching me on 7-01-2013 they are offering my another device having model no. P360 in place of my product P362 which was of low price and less feathers like reduction in process power, internal memory, software version and are forcing my collect that. On not having agreeing my they told to call 07503332244 and they told me that say to service representive to mail the problem. But now from complain date 2.5 month passed and I have devoted my money in travelling to service centre, on phone and my very precious time on this job and result is “Zero”. I am very mentally disturbed on discussing them about service status.
Required Relief 1. Get New product with same feature or with advance feature. 2. Compensation of Loss of money in monetary term. 3. Compensation of Loss of precious time in monetary term. 4. Compensation of Loss of Mental Harassment in monetary term.
