I had purchases a Micromax A110 phone in November 2012 through a website. Very soon I started having problems and gave it for servicing at Dadar. However when the phone was returned to me it gave me a message “Invalid IMEI”, when I complained they said I will have to change the motherboard and pay extra for it, which I refused. Now the service centre has closed. I went to another service centre at Mahalakshmi, which has also closed. This is the 3rd service center which has closed in Mumbai in the last 3-4 months. I was asked call the micromax call centre on 011-44770044 and get an alternative service centre but it is impossible to get through.

I want a refund or my phone to be repaired or replaced.
