Sir, I was holding a ING Credit Card. 1. Below is the bill statement that was generated in in December 2012 bill. Statement Period: 12 November 2012 to 11 December 2012 Total Amount Due: Rs.42241.97 Due Date: 28/12/12 2. I paid the said amount as mentioned below. PAID: 28/12 1010033 PAYMENT RECEIVED, THANK YOU 42242.00CR 3. Next month I was to pay just the below amount. TO BE PAID: 11/01 21106013516 WS RETAIL SERVICES PVT – 003/003 1650.00 11/01 SERVICE TAX @ 12.36% 30.90 4. I paid the same correctly as below PAID: including service tax 28/01 1135422 PAYMENT RECEIVED, THANK YOU 1679.50CR 5. there was not transaction further. Complaint: After this I had requested to close this account. However, until today the bill is generated with meaningless charges. I sent several mails to the concerned. It seems they are adamant and not understanding.

I would like to stop sending me with credit card statement as I have nothing to pay. I would also like to get a 10,000.00 releif for ecomomic damages and harassment.
