Respected sir, It has been 15 days since i had submitted my micromax a116,on 2nd september 2013 in satguru communication noida sector 27. And till today i have not received my phone. My job sheet no. is N040439-0913-5191277 Kindly help me because it was my worst decision to buy micromax phones.

Wattsapp,Facebook applications are not working
I am using Micromax A250 (Canvas Turbo).Facing an issue in wattsapp and facebook apps but I am using Tata docom 3G network and the internet connection is also fast.I don’t know why these are not working. Kindly suggest a solution to resolve this problem because i am totally frustrated with this.
