Micromax – Poor Service from Customer Care

Dear sir,
I purchased Micromax X78 (White) mobile phone (M IMEI sl No. 91113915 0506685 and S IMEI sl no.91113915 0506693) on 13.11.2013. But on the 10thOctober,2014 the phone got hanged and it is out of order. I cant call anywhere or use any other application. Though LCD of Mobile is live, touch screen work. Then I go to my nearest service center at Barrackpore, West Bengal on 17.11.2014 at 10.00 am and submitted it to the micromax service center at Barrackpore, West Bengal. But they were not attended me seriously to repair it and neglected the matter. Service center said me that parts is not available and so u can repair the set in open market if possible. So, I had taken back the phone without any repair and try to contact with Micromax Head Quarter. I call so many times on 17.1.2014, but I failed to contact. As service center are telling that I can repair my mob but I ve to pay for the service outside and misbehaving with me., I need your help before going Consumer Court. Because of , I like and believe Micromax Company.
