My Details are as below: name- Sivaramasubramanian Email: cadbury.siva@gmail.com Mobile: +919790201xxx I have bought Micromax Canvas Knight A350 on 27 Mar 2014 from Micromax Store for Rs. 19,999. When i unbox the mobile i have seen a Physical fault in the mobile i.e: The phone was advertised and mentioned to load with 16 Mega pixel camera and the same is specified in the Specification on the mobile box and it should be printed as 16 Mega pixel near the Rear camera in the mobile as per the advertisement by micromax. But in my Mobile there is a physical fault of misprint of that text 16 mega pixed near the rear camera, the letter “1”, “M”, “P”, of 16 Mega Pixel was not printed properly so it looks like “6 Nega ?ixel”. I have already emailed the Micromax regarding this with evidence and i got a very bad response from them. Please File my Complaint behalf of me and help me in getting justice for me.I have attached the screenshot of my mobile with this complaint. Please let me know if anyother information is need from my side.
