Micromax – Service Center not delivered the phone

The Service Enter took my phone for servicing on 27th February 2014, however has not been able to deliver the phone to me yet. In between, they also refused to provide the battery, stating that the batter was not taken initially by the Service Centre. Upon my insistence, they agreed to provide the battery. Since then, the Service Centre has been delaying the delivery consistently and I have not received my phone yet.

Due to this, I had to travel to the Service Centre many times, resulting in the loss of time and money. Also, I had to call them multiple times to follow up and this has resulted in physical tension and anxiety.

As a compensation, I need a new phone of the same make and model and 30000 as compensation money.
