Sir i bought the mobile on 01 jan 16 and after using this mobile within 2 days i visited to retailer but he suggested me that once he sold the product i have to visit to serving centre. So anyhow i kept it but facing more problem i visited micromax servicing centre on 19 Jan 16. They told me that it will take max. 15 days to repair/replace it. After 15 days i called to them they told we cannot repair so i sending this product to gurgoan serviningcentre and after again i called them, they told a new mobile will they provide within 15 days but after nearly 2 months i not get the mobile.
