Airtel Non Activation of Broadband Service

The company’s representative collected the duly-filled application form and payment (cheque) from me with a commitment to install and activate my new Airtel Broadband connection within 5 – 7 working days. It has now been 6 weeks since the submission of the form and payment, but no installation of the service. Repeated complaints and requests have all been useless.

I have had to use alternate temporary solutions for internet connectivity until by Broadband connection is setup. I have effectively paid Rs 6000/- so far. Additionally by business is getting affected as our work is heavily dependent on high internet usage. Immediate installation and activation of the Broadband service!
