i was purchased a brand new micromax A-111 doodle phone on 20/09/2013 whose IMEI NO. is 911307202078066 but the phone needs services all the time this is sixth/seventh time when i submit this phone to the service center for the same issue and after passing a long period of more than 1.5 month i didn’t get my phone back. it is well known that in today’s life smart phone is basic necessity for the business class persons but from purchasing date to till date this phone is always in service center for the repeated issue now the patience level is crossed i didn’t need this phone back.
i need money back of my phone and compensation of 5 lakh rupees which i lost in my business, transportation as well as mental disturbance too. i was submit my phone in service center on 26/08/2014 but today is 7/10/2014 and i didn’t get my phone back till date and now i don’t want it back i need a compensation so please register my complaint against micromax company as well as service center ( detail of service centre:- M/S ABC TELECOMMUNICATION, U22, ramesh nagar metro station opposite- ticket counter) jobsheet no:- N030672081411764511
