My old sim was lost so i purchased a new gsm sim from the above store on 23/09/2104.I was told it will activated within a day.After 2 days it was not activated so went to the store to complain,i was tool due to server problems it would take a couple of day.The sim was not activated still so i went to the store again and they registered a complaint,complaint no.-“UCS47606073” dated 30/09/2014 and i was told the problem will be solved within 3 days.As of now(007/10/2014) my problem has not been solved. I want this problem to be solved as soon as possible also i would like compensation of rs 50,000 or a penalty on the company and the store of the same amount.
