Hello, I took tikona broad band in the month of january 2014, I was pissed of by the services right from the first day. I was not getting the promised speed and the customer care or the field engineers were not responding for my calls. I hardly used the services and asked them to disconnect the services. I got the following reply from them. Dear Mr. SHYAM KUMAR, We hereby confirm that services for your Account No. 121269636 having User ID 1109719174 has been terminated. bla bla bla bla But still I am getting calls from them and they are generating bill for every month. I am not in the same city anymore, Not using the number. Whats wrong with these people ? They even started calling from a delhi number black mailing that I should pay the bill or else I need to attend the court. Can some one tell me one good reason why I should pay the bill. I even made the full and final settlement with them but still I am experiencing these kind of issues. Regards, Shyam

I need my money to be refunded Since I dint use the services. I am black mailed by them for no reason So I need justice for that. The tikona people should be punished.
