i deposited my phone as its touch screen was not working on 17/9/2014 and i was told by micromax service centre that i shall get it repaired on sat. i.e. 20/09/2014. i even got a msg on my fathers’ mobile that the phone has been repaired and i can collect it from the service center. however, when i went there the service center declined to give my phone and took my old job sheet number and issued afresh no. stating that i deposited my phone on 20/09/2014 and said do whatever you want i will not give your phone before one month.

i want my product back repaired totally in good shape other wise give me a new phone.
