the consignment no:(F991B0287072) dated 13-09-2014 has been book from Bangalore to Tiruttani (PIN 631209) at one of the branch in Marathalli(9035604466). the document not reached till 16-09-2014 later i started followup with n-numbers of the people who are in SAlem, Vellore, Ranipet,arakkonam i am helpless to know status, later filed a compliant on FFCL, 17-09-2014 (239314).Later on 18-09-2014 the Constantine reached Arakkonam, but still no one responding even customer care.

I need a explanation and has to pay the 300INR of mobile expenses in addition to that need to pay 5000 INR where it makes a hyper tension to me for the loss of business. Attached the copy of booking receipt
