I purchased tata photon max wifi on 21 august. Since then till date i am getting ver low speed about 100 kbps and the brand says speed upto 3 mbps. Two days before i recharged my account and suddenly the internet has stopped working. I spoke to the customer care and they people are very arrogant. They promise me they will foward my call to technical department and i never get a call. I am.fed up of this service. Low speed was always the issue and they never resolved it and now the internet stopped working. I want to drag them to court and file a PIL aginst them because there are many like me who have the same problem. I put money to recharge for 28 days and starting 2 days it doesnt work. I feel like cheated. Please help me if any one can.

I want the regional head number of tata photon,pune. I want the speed to increase and mainly the internet starts working if possible.. I want action against the customer care whom i spoke to.
