i bought automatic Gas stove of Jyoti brand and Gas Geyser of Jyoti brand from Gunaji Enterprises on 12/08/2012. From the first day I am complaining about Gas Stove for not working properly,but problem has not yet been solved. Service is also not prompt. company has given 5 years warranty. But every time asks about contract in warranty period. Even after doing contract in warranty period company is not giving service properly also products are of inferior quality. Company attended the Gas Geyser’s complaint after 1 month. For this problem also I called company frequently.

Company sold damaged products. Company mentaly harrassed me too much. Therefore either give new Gas Stove which works properly Or to give proper service also to return the contract payment which have done in warranty period and to give free service plus if needed replacement of any part company should not charge for that (for both products) plus telephone call charges for frequent calls.
