i had purchased three products from homeshop18 in June 2014 and due to short shipment i have claimed for balance payment. as per terms balance payment should be credited within 7 working days. i am continuously following up since last 3 months with customer care service on given no 01204455918 and through email also but till date i didn’t get any res ponce. more than 35 mails i have sent for queries and haven’t received single reply. i have all proof with me that i am facing this problem since last 3 months. i am writing this so that people should be aware about lethargic customer service of homeshop 18
