Dear Sir I Submit my hand set in micromax service centre (Tirupati infotech MI Road Jaipur) on 17.12.2013 against charging issue or SD Card problem. on 31.12.2013 I received message from micro max that please collect your hand set from service center when i went there then they told me that parts not received us from company so come tomorrow,and now still they saying come tomorrow. now i am got irritated please suggest me should i go consumer court for complaint or other ways to resolve the matter Thanking You Rishi
