sir i have prebooked a micromax company phone namely canvas 4 through their company site on 2.7.2013 by paying Rs.5000 and Rs -12999 on 7.7.2013 as final payment vide my credit card but while paying Rs.12999/- their site was still showing pay balance even after final payment payment. i inadvertently paid again the said amount thus i paid twice it. when i tried to contact to them by their phone no and email as well but all in vain as they did not respond. now i have not received phone and my extra money as yet. plz redress my problem. my order id no is 9070 and mail is shwnkumar30@gamil.com

so much harassment i have faced and moreover bank have started to impose interest on the said amount. who will be responsible for it.

i want to refund my extra money and booked phone on the nail. Further, monetary fine may please be imposed on the said company as u wish.
