Micromax Tab – Chain of complaints not responding properly

We have purchased a Tablet (Model: Funbook-P362) from Univercell by July-2013. From the date of purchase, we are facing chain of complaints i.e Battery backup, automatic switch off, Charging problem etc.,). We have taken this material to their Service Centre at Tambaram (United Mobile Service Centre & Mobitech)by several times in this 11 months. We came to know that this model is failure for regular use. In this regards, I am unable to use this material for my education purpose. So I have requested to replace this material. But Micromax not responding properly and every time they just make-up the material for few days use.

i need a replacement of material with equal configuration and extended of warranty or refund of cash with interest + Rs.5000 for mental depression.
