Sir, I bought a Micromax A117(W) Model Code-SERMOB0339 last year i.e.on 30-12-2013 from micromax exclusive Store, Frazer Road,Patna-800001.After using my mobile for 7 months my mobile keypad and touch pad not working well then i visited to micromax service center on 26-08-2014 SS telecom,Dockbanglow Road,Kaushlya Estate 1st floor Shop No-12,Patna-800001.they took my mobile for repairing and they said me to come after 15 days then i visited to service center then they again told me to visit after 15 days saying that your mobile has been sent to Company. After that they give my mobile in the month of Nov-2014 (approx 3 months later)yet my mobile is not working well then i again visited the service center i.e. on 01-12-2014 and they said me that come after 6 months.

Sir, I visited the service center approx 10 to 12 times but they didn’t respond well. My Service center Complaint No: EO40160-1214-13683054 Job Sheet Date-01-12-2014
