Micromax – Touch Screen issue parts not available

Sir, I bought Micromax A-108 in August-14 & in month of October I was facing problem in Touch Screen so I submitted my phone to M/S Galore Service Noida Sector-12. -service center give me time of 15 days & mean time I also called to customer care to file complained & they also confirmed me that 15th of this month I get my phone-Complained No- 0111145331 -I also mailed to micromax but they are sending same message that my complained in process -No senior person from Micromax handle my complained -Already 1 month passed but there is no chance for service of my phone they are saying part is not available in factory & it takes time. Please find attached service slip.

Sir, I wants you take immediate action against Micromax -I want my money back immediately so that i buy other phone because i am using my friend phone. Or Micromax service my phone with in this week end.
