Replaced touchpad of Cellphone under warranty & paid Rs. 2400 for the same.But the touchpad not fixed properly. As a result it created dust problem

The unfixed touchpad created dust problem inside the screen. i went to the service center once again for same issue but they said that the problem can’t be Solved. So they just cleaned up the screen. But the same issue is happening again and again. Now the phone is out of warranty and went once again to the service centre, they charging Rs. 250 for clean up.

I want the dust problem to be fixed permanently without any charge.
