I am Pankaj Sharma working in pharmaceutical sector, in my job profile I have to meet Dr’s and chemist’s and deal with my company pharma product for that I have to updated with subject and travel arrangement to meet periphery Dr’s and also analyses and check sales data and report to company on time. For this all purpose I buy micromax A240 which provide me all this facilities due to android base application. But when I purchased it company not inform me about post seal services that if phone will damage or having any problem it will take time to repair more than 30 days. Now my micromax A240 having touch problem, network problem, and battery problem. For this problem I communicated with company on phone and email. Then he responds me that I have to submit my handset at nearest services centre than he will repair my mobile on priority. As per there instruction I submitted my handset at khandwa M.P. service centre on 10/09/2014 and he told me that it will repair within 10 days. But now it’s 12 days gone and I have not received my repair hand set and I am suffering in my job.

Due to above problem in my hand set my working is suffering. My productivity is decrease by 30 % I loss my intensives about Rs.20, 000. And also affect my relationship with my costumer. And increase my expenses by Rs.10, 000. I need all above relief from company.
