Its a horrible experience after purchasing A117. Within one year of purchasing I have given at lest 5 times for warranty claim and each time they take more than 30days for providing service. Currently it is with micromax service center with Job Sheet Nbr: S010113041516370815 . Customer care say it has been closed and I can pick it from service center but service center guys says don’t call us again and again, we will call you when done. This is the reason they give when asked for phone. I want compensation for troubling me from one year.

Refund of fund as service center guy says the product itself defective and even after this service he says the same soft key problem will come back within short time for this model.
