XOLO Mobile – Charging Problem not resolved

I had purchased a mobile phone of XOLO-Q1010 – having IMEINo. 91136300539548 on 01/5/2014. On 02/04/2015, I found that the said mobile had the problem of charging therefore, I had visited the service center authorized by company situated at 06, Himalaya Mall, Second Floor, Drive in Road, Gurukul, 380052. City Ahmedabad and at that time, I did not have the bill of the said phone with him therefore it was informed to me that the services will be chargeable. Thereafter I went to home and found the bill and on presenting the same to the service center, they informed me that his phone was activated on 27/04/2014 and the date mentioned in the bill was 01/05/2014 therefore he will have to pay charges for services. Thereafter I told them to send a mail regarding this through company and thereafter, somehow they repaired my mobile phone. Thereafter again on 21/04/2015 the same problem was found in the mobile phone and therefore I am again went to the service center situated at Gurukul area and there, they arrogantly and disrespectfully informed me, that water has been entered in your mobile and therefore I will have to pay for services. In reality, there has not been any incident when water had entered in said mobile and the problem in the mobile was same which was found earlier. The warranty period of said mobile phone is getting over on 01/05/2015 therefore it is visible that your service center people are unnecessary spending time.

I had given the said mobile for repairing on 21/04/2015 at service center through Work Order No. 310001306599 and thereafter I had talked with company customer care and the details were also informed through mail on 28/04/2015 and 29/04/2015 and thereafter on 29/04/2015 I received a phone from service center that he needs to pay Rs.950/- for getting mobile back.
