I had taken the tikona internet services on 26 apr 2015 but till today 18 may 2015 they are not providing broadband service. I regularly stated the complain to their customer care but they always said that it will be rectified within two to three hours but the service remain the same with no broadband connection. I told them that send here an executive but the executive were not able to solve and they told me that check your connection after 2 hours it will absolutely work fine. Even they committed to serve 4 mb per sec data connection but they are not giving anything. I am totally frustrated with their service.

I want that they provide me the unbreakable broadband connection with their committed 4 mb per sec data connection if in any condition they are not able to provide me the services then reimbursed the whole transaction as well as interest of the whole money like my transaction for service my telephonic bills and most importantly my valuable time, because time is money and they damaged my 22 days.
