Flipkart – Non Installation LG TV Bought online extra cost

Complaint against order number OD302646098303305800 My TV got delivered to me on 26 April 2015 .They took my older tv for an exchange. I called the flipkart immediately once the TV delivered to my home for the demo and installation on 26th and they suggest me to call to LG customer care. When I called the LG customer care for the installation and they said I am supposed to pay 1200Bugs +1200 for wall mount and service tax of 12.36%. But filpkart promised while purchasing that all the above mentioned are at free of cost. I was conveying the LG customer care engineer that Flipkart told that these were providing me free of cost and you said I will be charged for same. That guy horribly replied why you purchased TV online? If you purchase online you will be charged and that your problem. He mentioned. I immediately called the Flipkart and conveyed the same and they said they are escalating it to their backend team and I will be getting a call from Flipkart in another 4 Hours at 7PM 26th Oct 2014. At around 12:36 pm they sent me an email that my issue will be resolved by 28 april 4:30 pm I was waiting till 28th evening and again at 4:35pm I received a email from flipkart that it will take longer to resolve your issue at you should wait till 30 april 4:30 pm. On 30 April at 4:30 Pm I called Flipkart asking for the update and a customer care guy is telling me to call LG customer care support and I narrated the whole story happened on 26th. He said I need to wait until end of the day 30th and ETA would be another 24 Hours since I call them and he suggested that he himself open a case with LG for installation.I agreed. I have called them on 1st may Morning 10AM. Customer care representative told that I am supposed to call the LG customer care and narrated a whole story to him and he said their team is not responsible for this after asking the whole story and transferred to someother team. The other team so called sales also asked me the same whole story and told me to wait for another 48Hours as Thursday was some strike and today is holiday. I have told him that I don’t have a TV at home which has been exchanged for your TV since I trust Flipkart that it will never have a false commitments but not sure why this is happening to me.. So almost a week gone still not even a single call I have received from flipkart for the follow up. I have called them everytime after the time line they mentioned. I have waited till 2nd may and now I am posting this issue here hoping that it may get resolved soon… I have asked for the timeline proof as well through mail everyone told that they don’t have mail access but surely we will send a technician. Hoping for a feed back and teach manners to your customer care representatives to behave professionally at least. And End of the day TV is still not installed.

I want My Tv To be installed free of cost or be given the charges demanded by the LG so that I can Pay it to them
