Hi sir, I have submit my phone on 26th march 2014 the agent told me that it will repair in 7-10 days. After 9 days when i reached their the agent told me that it will more take 7-10 days. When i force them to repair they tell me rudely that it will take 10-20 days and if you have any query please contact to the customer care. I have e-mail to customer and tell them the proper problem and about the rude behaviour of agent in service center. They just give me the complaint no. MMX0804149533 and again when i ask them that where i can track this complaint no. they not reply me. So i am totally helpless. Please help me.

I want my fully repaired in good condition and soon as possible. There is already 18 days delay.
