Micromax – Unfair trade practices poor services.

Its been more than about a month since I have given my smartphone with the mentioned Micromax Service Center for my vibration problem. The request that was raised by them shows the issue has been resolved which I came to know from the customer care people, even after that they kept the mobile with them and after 10 days raised another request by themselves without my knowledge and I am asked to wait for another 20 working days more. Secondly, the battery that I purchased from them doesnt seems to be original.

I want my mobile repaired back asap, monetary compensation from Micromax and stern action to be taken against the irresponsible behaviour and their unfair practices. P.S.:- I would really like to hear back from you guys, so thai I can explain each thing in more detail.
