My brother M.Rathna Jacob (M.Tech-Structural engineering) who was working in Govt Dept as an Engineer was purchasing medicines from Mr.Prashanth 095909022xxx,Pharma point,RV Road,Basavanagudi,Opp. BHS School,Bangalore 560004 since 2012 onwards every month.But he got expired last month on Feb 8th 2014. Inorder to claim for his medical reimbursement,I was repeatedly requesting Mr.Prashanth,Pharma point, to atleast send me the soft copy or hard copy whichever is easy for them,he was responding badly and finally he told to book a complaint case on him that he will not provide those details. Request you to look into the issue and peruse me the bills in order to claim for my brothers death medical reimbursement. these guys mind only business,at least being a customer every month wise,on humanitarian grounds these man is not considering our request. request you to take proper action against the individual (Mr.Prasanth-09590902xxx).
