Sir/Madam:I had purchased a micromax x560 from micromax world on 20/09/11.By 10/10/11 i had started facing problem in its display and had submited on Apex solution (authorised service center) for repair on 20/10/11 but till 01/12/11 the handset is not ready and the service center person is saying it will take more 25days its really frustuating…i will be highly grateful is you will take some action about this matter..plz help:-(
