Micromax,Customer Care Complaint

I am Chirav Chavda working as a Library Professional Assistant in a reputed institute, Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management, Ahmedabad. I have bought a smartphone of Micromax in the April 2013. It costs Rs. 15000/-. Now after just 2 and half months it has problem with it’s sound and software. It’s charging point is damaged. For this I went to the Service Centre of the Micromax and informed them regarding problem. But first of all at there are 15-20 people are working but none of them tell us the right time of the Shop. When it opens, when it closes, nobody can give the perfect answer. Same as in the charges which are taken by them. Every person tells us different charges for the same problem. Store Manager misbehaves even with ladies. They can not give us exact time and date when will they can give back our mobile phone after reparing or service. Nobody receives custmer care number or call. They don’t have any proper system for handling customers. Their timings are too akward. It opens at 10:30 in the morning but their employee starts works at 11:00 clock in the morning. They close it at right 6:00 in the evening. Even if you go there around 5 or after that they dont treat you. Simply misbehaving and unprofessional. Whenever you go there already there are 70-80 people present for their mobile phone’s service but they dont get their phone back even after 1 month. I gave my phone on the 15th July and their executive said I would get it back by evening. But after 4 day I have not received my phone back and I dont know when will I get back my phone.

Please help me and others who have given their phone for service at there, they would get their phone back within a time and they charge actual charges which is decided by the Micromac Company.
