Samsung,sale of damaged phone to me

I purchased a samsung galaxy note2 last month on5ht and after 3 days its I found out that the camera and the touch screen is faulty, I complained about it and they told that the issue is fixed and still the camera had issues and I gave it to them and they had kept it and did a research on it and said its ok and gave me the phone and after 3 days again the camera and touch screen was not functioning, They have a policy of return back within 7 days if the device is faulty but they did not do it nor did they tell me the policy and said they computer will not accept it , and I could not go to them as there was week ends. I have paid a huge amount for the phone and I am a job person , they are not ready to exchange the phone with a new one, they are keep on repairing the defective piece and fooling me and asking me to take it back. Samsung has cheated me for Rs37000 and since then I have used the phone just for 5 days. Its still with the samsung repair center. When you switch on the camera its appreance is like you have lost connection to the TV, each time I complained about the screen they have taken out the scratch guard which is Rs 500 each of samsung company and I have lost 3 guards.

I have lost Rs 37000 and not able to use the phone and my work is stuck , I am travelling from pillar to post since one month

I want samsung to replace it with a new phone or pay me 10 times of it for the trouble I am suffering since last month 5th the day I purchased the phone.
