I purchased a Microsoft Lumia 535 on 15.01.15 and it dies on 18.02.15. I submitted the phone to Nokia Care in Salt Lake and they promised to refund or replace the phone by last week of February 2015. I had been interacting with them via email and phone but they has not settled it yet. When I called them, they refused to commit any date or solution for it.
I work in Wipro and I need mobile phone with email access 24×7. I am required to be connected with my office network. I have not been able to work properly and loosing productivity for 10 days. It is hampering my job. I demand Refund or replacement phone.
