In November Microsoft and Mobikwik collectively announced an offer that “if any customer buy a particular model of microsoft mobile phone from 5 different models listed on Microsoft website and then register as a new user on Mobikwik mobile app via that microsoft mobile phone then he will get Rs300/- as a cash back on adding Rs300/- in mobikwik app every month and this will continue for 12 months.” so in this way a customer will get Rs3600/- on adding Rs3600/- within the period of 12months. and we can use that amount for recharge or shopping on various online shopping websites. but surprisingly they stopped the offer after 4 months only. and they removed the offer page from both of their sites. On contacting them by lakhs of customers on facebook and twitter they replied” We are sorry to inform you that LUM300 offer is closed and we will not be able to credit any further cash backs on this offer.” whereas in T&C nothing like this was mentioned. i have attached a copy of t&c of that offer.

so all the users(in millions) incuding me who purchased Microsoft mobile phone only because of this offer are got cheated by both of these companies. Instead of Rs3600/- they paid only Rs1200/- to customers and revoked the offer by showing fake Terms and conditions and mentally harassed all of us.

Offer should be continued immediately with new Terms and conditions that mobikwik cannot discontinue this offer whenever they want. and for mentally harassing i want Rs10,000 as a compensation.
